Hi,guys...just would like a full plumbing quote for a brand new shower imput in my bathroom ?
First time in using this rated thing...After needed acouple of decent jobs done,1 A new complete shower and fitting,2 A complete internal job decoration...I came across and found this guy called Dario/Mario who seems to be abit of an all round jack of trades,Who came in and done both jobs as expected pretty good and offered overrall such quality,service and value with no complaints ! Ive now found my handyman for near anything and is to be recommended,and agood guy ! Rated 9/10

Modification required to existing electric shower in bathroom. Cannot get right water pressure with the right heat setting. Unsure if problem with the heater or mains water pressure.
Did an excellent work on bathroom shower... helped coordinate sparky and slater in one go to sort out my venting for bathroom and kitchen...

The guttering on my building is full of weeds and moss and I think there might even be a bird nesting in there... Basically it needs a good clearing out.

Overflow from hot water tank is dripping outside.
Job was done very promptly & efficiently, and even cost less than I thought. Was very impressed, so would definitley recommend & would use again. Glad I found this website... :-)

cistern is refilling after flushing and then overflowing (WC)
Excellent service - came on time, explained the problem and went to find the part. Job done for a good price and i didn't feel ripped off at all. Really cannot fault Ythan Plumbing - highly recommended and will use him again. Cheers!

noticed minor leak under downstairs toilet. A few drops per minute. House is a bit more than 3 years old
It was great to have someone come and fix the leak so promptly. The plumber was friendly, professional and tidy and didn't leave until he was sure that the repair was holding OK. I would definitely use the service again, we are actually planning to do so in the next few weeks for a non-urgent plumbing job.

as above the current water supply is at other side of kitchen (no more than 2m) concrete floor recent new build property
Job done at the time we agreed very helpful in trying to get a suitable date that suited us both. A good solution found to the routing of the pipe. Cost was a bit more than I had expected particularly as it took so little time to actually install but I needed it done in a hurry.

Additional information: Have had a on going problem with my sime boiler , fault ALL 09 water circulation error, comes up now and again , spoke to sime they say its the flow switch so they have sent a new part up and i need someone to fit it. would also keep engineers number for next service (not due till january) as was not impressed with british gas service . thanks Ronnie

We have a Mira 415 CombiForce BIV shower that is not keeping temperature. It is staying warm/hot for around 20-30 seconds, then going very cold. After a further 20-30 seconds the temperature returns to warm and it does this the whole time you are in the shower. Sometimes the shower will maintain temperature throughout though. We have a 28kW or 36kW combi boiler that was serviced in August. We moved into the house in August and its been doing this since we moved in.
