Urgently require an outside Tap to be installed - There used to be one here, however was taken awa when new kitchen was installed. I have the new tap & fittings etc and some pipe and the hose itself

Replace shower tray & doors & drain & re-tile
Un-even tiling, mis-spaced & inclusions in grout. Skirting board gap filled with 12mm of filler rather than repositioning skirting boards. Walls & light switch left damaged. Work area left in mess & debris left to us to dispose of. Washbasin tiles not done. Loft ladder installed wrong way around, with poor surround finish. Taken ME 4 days to rectify!

1. When the hot water comes on we find the heating also comes on - gas boiler - hot water radiators. 2. One of the radiators is leaking 3. the flush on the toilet has broken and needs replaced - cistern also takes a long time to fill.
