"Started job on 13 February 2009. Disappeared for a few weeks with job not finished. Turned up again a couple of times afterwards, once to repair leaks under the house caused by his work. Last here on 6 April. Said he'd come back to finish the job within 5 days. I have never seen or heard from him since. Big hole in fireplace. No new fire fitted. System not flushed. No inhibitor. New radiator scratched. Boiler front scratched. New radiator not straight. Pipes under house looped and too long. If I touch them they spring a leak. No old pipes, tanks, pump, electrics etc removed. WHAT A DISASTER!!!"
