We have moved into a new house which previously had a washing machine installed. We have had a dishwasher connected up and the man who did it pointed out one of our hot water pipes has been broken off, bent over but not sealed off properly. We need 1.) to have the pipe properly sealed off, and 2) to have a washing machine plumbed in, i'm not sure if the new dishwasher might be using the only available connection?

We have about five separate repair jobs. We have a hole in our bath pipe which is in between the floorboards.. this has a hole due to rodents. We have a shower that only gets hotter in the summer, the winter months the shower is too cold. We have a leaking toilet and the water tank in the loft is leaking. If you can come out to look at the jobs in the next couple of days that would be great Thanks

We have just bought a new flat and there is an issue with the shower as the unit is not fixed to the wall properly so we need someone to come and have a look at this and also to give us a quote for some other works in there - resealing the bath, changing the shower unit, replacing the sink tap and also checking the fitting of the toilet to the wall.

Two jobs at the same time. 1- Disconnect old gas hob, connect new one. Straightforward like-for-like swap out. 2- Kitchen tap repair - hot is no longer working. I've taken the cap off and the clip seems loose under, but I can't find a shut-off valve underneath so don't want to risk flooding the kitchen! Hopefully just a new washer or something but I fear the whole tap may need to go. Thanks!
