"Fixed it really well and quickly, the cistern works fine now, thanks. My only problem is that he turned up to give me a quote while I was out, and he decided to fix it straight away without my knowledge or agreement. The job turned out to be more difficult and a lot more expensive than I was expecting. Obviously this was a bit of a surprise!! Anyway, the job needed doing, and it all seems to work perfectly now, so overall I'm happy and would use this company again."
