replace shower, not power one, had new fuse box fitted, shower trips everything out
Ray responded immediately and was able to do the job asap. I needed a boiler service and a mixer shower fitted as my electric one would not work due to new fuse box and there not being powerful enough electrical cable to supply it. I had no hot water either so he arranged for someone to service the boiler, again, asap. They both explained what they were doing as they completed the jobs. Job done within a day.

Updated : Will consider a higher quote if job complicated or a new shower is required. Original : Triton Aquatronic 4 + packed up 11/4/12. One moment it was working fine, then the water stopped coming out and the low pressure light came on.

I had a leaking pipe and a toilet that wouldn't stop leaking. Jamie arrived promptly, knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it in no time at a good price. Have asked for a quote on another job as he was knowledgeable, friendly and punctual. Would certainly recommend him.

Our loo shuts off so violently after filling that it shook the pipework apart and caused a flood. Please fix so we can avoid the flooding problem again
The guy came that evening, fixed the initial problem, came back later and rectified an existing less urgent problem. All within budget. I can sleep easy.

just need an assessment of heating needs, probably a new combi plus radiatorc changed. i need a new shower, and bath needs loking at - it tilts and has no overflow!
Dan was always on time, very accommodating, and flexible if i changed my mind. His work was excellent, he returned calls and is a good communicator. Even brought biccies to keep my dog happy. Great service. Highly recommended.

Power Shower installed on a low temperature which is too cold needs changing of the temperature. Toilet not flushing properly, handel sticking down when flushed and cistern not filling back up properly to enable it to flush again, also sometimes a noise when flushed. Bathroom hot tap making a noise when turned on washer probably needed.

I have an EvoHE c22/30 combi boiler. The last few days the central heating has been switching on when it shouldn't. The only way to stop the heating from coming on is by turning the boiler completely off. The hot water has also been taking much longer to warm up, the shower at the furthest point from the boiler only getting luke warm.
