Blocked pipes Tried to clear Fitted new BottleTrap but unable to get sufficient seal to prevent leaks. Urgent help needed as 90 year old lady in house with terminal cancer. Cannot use washing machine, diswasher or sink.

Disconnect other end of pipe into kitchen from bathroom above, thereby cutting out extended pipes. This is to stop loud water rush noise upstairs when running water in kitchen. Also drill hole through wall into kitchen and connect an outside tap.

Separately, the main tank in the loft is only supported on floorboard timbers and it needs to be on a stronger support - I have bought a thick ply board but the tank will need to be drained down to fit it.
