Job Urgent! Toilet needs fitting correctly, currently not fixed to floor and leaking from sisturn. T bar needs fitting under kitchen sink for overflow.

Budget Under £250

Job No water to the upstairs toilet cistern. There has never been good pressure to the toilet, but the shower was very powerful. Now the shower pressure is low as well.

Budget Under £4,000

Job New bathroom installation in the same places as existing background. Dado rail around shower (!) is leaking as the wood is rotten. Installed before I moved in. Coming through the other side of the wall. Tiled wall will probably need replastering also before new tiles can be put on. Required for Easter School holidays.

Comment Very impressed with the quality of finish with my new bathroom. Duncan worked efficiently, is very meticulous and clean as he is working. He ripped out the old bathroom quickly, organised a plasterer and then reinstalled the new bathroom without a hitch. He kept me updated regularly on what what happening and what was next etc so I knew what was happening at every point of the 2 week job. Highly recommended. So very pleased with my new bathroom! Job Drain Down a Heatre Sadia Megaflow hot water boiler and fit a new element. I have the part already.

Comment I LOVE IT WHEN A PLAN COMES TOGETHER..... I was looking on line for a plumber when an advert for rated people popped up on the TV. I listed my job and literally in 5 mins I had received three quotes from local rated tradesmen. I went with DC plumbing based on his experience of my specific boiler and also his very competitive price. After rescheduling (he didn't mind) the work was completed very professionally and I will now be using Duncan for the whole block of 10 Flats that I represent for the management company. Top Marks on service, cost, attitude and also personality. Thanks Duncan! Scott

Job Do not seem to be getting hot water from Electric Shower. Also power of shower is not great. Think I need a new shower!!

Job Replace both main and top up immersion elements (Economy 7 system) Also a separate quote to purchase and install a power shower in the same property (replacement of existing faulty shower)

Comment I posted the job and was advised it could take up to 48 hours to get a quote. I was contacted within 2 hours. They ensured they had all the details and gave a quote straight away and advised what circumstances could lead to futher charges (even though none materialised). For the second job they moved their appointments around to ensure both jobs could be looked into in the same visit - avoiding disruption to tenants. Overall very impressed by speed, professionalism and their competence. I also think they gave good value for a reasonable service. Will definately keep their number for future reference A
