"NPA Plumbing were asked to do three jobs: 1) Replace taps to a basin and bath in the bathroom 2) Remove and Put back radiators on the walls so that walls could be skimmed 3) Replumb the washing machine At each stage something went wrong: Whilst removing the basin taps, the basin split, requiring a new basin. Having removed the radiators, the water to the header tank was not isolated, resulting in a minor flood went water returned to the header tank. When putting the rads back on, they attempted to fit an isolation valve to the header tank, however this was not fitted correctly and consequently when the main was switched back on this flooded the area, damaging internal doors that were being stored there, as well as flooding the flat below. Finally when we came to use the washing machine for the first time, water started leaking from the connection hose. It turned out that the hose had been connected without a washer. You do get friendly service and a cheaper quote than others, and given others comments, all of this could just be bad luck - but for my liking there's just too many coincidences..."
