"I've just had my previous rating of this person removed because apparently, it doesn't relate to the job in hand?!? The job was never done. That's because the plumber arranged a time to come around and quote, which my wife took time off work to wait for him, but he never showed. Let alone contacted us to say he couldn't come!!! So, whether the job was actually done or not, I believe this rating to be fair!!"

"The work Jewel did was great. They did what they said they would and what I asked for and were very friendly. We had a brilliant cabinet made for a belfast sink as well. I am used to builders who supply everything, though, so I didn't supply profile strips for the tiling for the showers, which I would have liked. I should have been clearer about the electrical requirements as well, which the sub-contractors did, i.e. stipulated that everything in the utility room and bathrooms should be flush, not surface-mounted. "
