"What a complete disappointment. An apparently good start turned into a mess with the pipes for the 1st fix were not in the correct position for the radiators. We had to get another plumber in for the 2nd fix as no one was interested in coming back for the 2nd fix. A good job we did get someone else as we found more mistakes that had to be corrected like the soil pipe at the wrong height. I was overcharged for the 1st fix as it also included fitting of the boiler and radiators which was not done and also charged £200 each for radiators that cost less than £80 in Screwfix. I had to contact the manufacturer for replacement grills as 3 out of 4 radiators were damaged. They hadn't even bothered checking them when they bought them. We've ended up paying more than the highest quote to get all the issues sorted out. A complete shambles."

"A good start turned into a nightmare. Nick really wanted the work so gave us a good quote. Had to pay upfront for materials which is a bit unusual. Confusion arose as he thought he was installing the boiler straight away after fitting the pipes & not at a later date once the plastering had been complete. Then agreed I'd pay for the 1st part & then the 2nd when done. Pushed for payment and only after paying realised I'd been charged for ALL the fitting of the boiler & installation rather than just the pipework. Now can't contact him & no reply to messages. The guy he was doing the job with hasn't been paid & can't contact him. He's obviously not interested in coming back and finishing the job. So we've had to get another plumber to come in at even more expense as we're again paying for fitting. Also having a bigger radiator in the lounge so have paid £200!! for a rad that is too small. Also had to have the waste pipe for the toilet moved down as it was too high by our builder. We were also charged for digging/pipework that was not agreed in advance. I wish I'd gone elsewhere. This cheaper quote has turned into more than the most expensive quote we got and we have no idea yet if there are problems with the pipework !!!"
