Leaking Kitchen tap, which is stopped only by turning off my property's hot water supply at the mains. I have already purchased an identical suitable replacement tap, but do not have the tools and expertise to hand to do it myself.
Great, honest and trustworthy service, would recommend to other people.

I have a Rad that measures 110mm which is old and needs replacing. It has a small hole in the bottom. I had the stop valve and trv replaced on it last year, so at the moment its not leaking water. It might be possible to take it off without draining. My boiler also needs a service if you do gas.
I found Dave to be very quick to respond to my job, he did a good job with the rad, especially as it had to go into an existing system. Service was excellent and I found Dave to be very helpful and friendly - would definitely recommend.

The overflow at the top of our townhouse goes almost constantly. I have checked the tank in the loft and it is adjusted as much as possible so not sure where else to look
He contacted me the same day and came round that afternoon which was extremely quick. He found the fault and fixed it so very happy with the service.

My toilet has been blocked for 1 week and I'm able to do a temporary clean so it doesn't flood with a suction pump.. Unfortunatly the blockage goes further up the pipe I think as I'm pretty much certain I've cleaned the U Bend!
