White plastic square downpipe is very rickety and probably blocked. It is only one storey high. Whole loot could do with replacing, unless it is fixable.

I'm not sure
3 years ago noticed slow leak into kitchen below. Subsequently stopped using shower. Suspect due to loose pipe below shower tray. 1 year ago started using shower again. Shower unit started continual leaking whilst not on (i.e. couldn't turn off - dial in off position). Suspect its washer related? Would really like to start using my shower again and would grateful for any assisstance.
Where others had suggested unnecessary, complex and expensive work, Dave was able to offer a sensible solution with a reasonable quote. He started and completed the job quickly. He actually left my bathroom cleaner than it was when he arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to get him next time and would recommend him enthusiastically. Cheers for your help, Dave.

Boiler has broken down, can't be fixed and I need a new one
Was really impressed with the guys, they came in the freezing cold to fit my boiler, they had to go on the roof in the bad snow, did a fantastic job and even cleared up after themselves. Mark Flynn rang me that evening to make sure all was okay. Would definitely recommend them to everyone! Thanks, guys, it is so nice to have heat at last!!

Gas boiler installation Replace Combi boiler with Combi boiler Additional information: It is a rented brick terrace house. It is the usual 2 up 2 down, with main rooms being approx 12 x 12 foot, and small add on rooms in the back. Built in 1896. The combi boiler has been in since 1996. We will need to get approval from the tenants for anyone to enter and quote the job. I have received quotes on Valiants and Ideal boilers alone (including the parts needed to install the specific boiler from Travis Perkins); and quotes on boiler and installation (but I don't know the breakdown of the quotes). I would like the job done this week as my tenant has been without hot shower water for a week.
