Loft bedroom coldest room in house, have new baby and need quote for new/larger radiator and maybe move thermostat ? But needs investigating.

to purchase and fit a dual flush a toilet cistern
Apparently there were over 1 thousand plumbers who could have responded to my request and at least 3 would respond to my ad, rl plumbing services was the only one to respond, and did so quickly and efficiently. I find it very disappointing as I thought the point of the service was to give you choice. maybe my quote wasnt high enough!

I'm happy to supply boiler and digistat and flue/flume kit. I'd like a Vaillant boiler but everyone keeps telling me to go for worcester bosch.
I haven't actually used Keith yet but the service he gave, providing the quote, coming out and looking at the job and his ability to 'think outside the box' and recognise the full extent of what I actually want to do - and to be able to accomplish it all in one place - was fantastic. I have told Keith that I will call him in summer and we'll work from there.

The hot water tap for the main bathroom upstairs has dropped pressure. The water only trickles out of the tap. Also noticed that the pressure drops in the downstairs WC hot water tap, too occasionally.

I need a thermostatic shower fitting over the bath, the hot and cold need to come from the airing cupboard and take a route through the loft and down the wall in the bathroom, once installed tilling of about 4mtr sq needs to be fitted. The house is a new build so nothing in the loft

My central heating is not working to full capacity.
Have had both pumps replaced and the clock in 2008.
The boiler itself had a part replaced last year after it made a loud rattling noise for a few minutes when it was turned on but can't recall what this part was called.
I won't accept the 'the boiler needs replacing love.....'
It is serviced yearly and was due again in March.

One radiator not working in an office. I think it is probably the thermostatic valve but as it is in a home office I would like to replace the radiator with a double radiator and new valve.
The boiler is new a year ago and is a sealed central heating system.
