We have a radiator not working, modern house, possibly thermostat gone, and also a toilet that keeps flushing for about 5 minutes after pushing the button
Stefan turned up on time and got straight on with the work. He charged per hour and half hour but did not sit around at all, so I was very impressed. He had a very professional and pleasant attitude and I would definitely use him again. Thanks

the ciruit board on my potterton powermax boiler needs to be replaced
Came out and fixed the boiler on the same day(on a very snowy day). Fixed the boiler with no problems.
Very prompt and friendly service.
Will recommend to friends and neighbours.
The circuit board was more expensive than expected as it was hard to find one in our area within a day.

Have 2 problems: 1. The toilet flushes but then cistern doesn't fill properly, have to lift up ball and then cistern fills up with water. This doesn't happen all the time but always seems to happen when I am in a hurry... 2. The other toilet, after it has been flushed the pipes make a loud noise for a few minutes (v noisy to anyone sleeping).

We have 3 or 4 small jobs need doing. The thermostat on a radiator does not work. The toilet tends to flush for a long while so is probably a ball valve problem. Also our kitchen tap needs a new washer fitted. This is a modern 5 yr old house and would prefer a local reliable plumber
