upstairs en-suite has low to zero hot water pressure to hand basin and shower/bath. used hand over tap to create pressure to force cold up hot pipe to clear previously, but need permanent fix.
John came up with a brilliant solution that even the missus can use! without calling me... thanks John even though we've never met. Earl.

Replace mixer bar type tape to shower and bath.
I am have always been a bit dubious about asking people to do jobs i don`t know. From the moment i open the door and he spoke i felt i could trust him.
The work he did was done to a satisfying conclusion.
His price was to my liking.
Overall i would recommend him and use him for any future work.

Updated : bathroom is not part of this budget Original : Upstairs shower room, strip out part installed shower ,remove sink @ toilet, strip of tiles, make good walls. tile walls and floor, and refit units. Downstairs bathroom to be refitted .
