I'm not sure
Upstairs saniflow not currently working. Have been advised they are problematic and that there might be enough drop under floor to run a 4in pipe under floor to stack. Need advise + estimate. also have an old style gas fire downstairs which needs removal.
Excellent job - very pleased with the result. Bob also looked at a couple of other plumbing problems we had, gave advice on one and sorted out the other without any extra charge. Marvellous service.

We have an old backboiler in our chimney breast in our lounge. The pipes have been disconnected but we would like the backboiler removed so that we can make a feature of the chimney breast.
We are massively impressed by APS. Andy came round to do a quote for removing a backboiler, he turned up on time, gave us a quote on the same day, which we agreed and he started work 4 days later. He also does plastering which saved us having to look elsewhere for a plasterer. Quality of work is excellent and Andy is such a nice guy, we trusted him with our house keys so that he could crack on whilst we were at work. I'd highly recommend APS, and I'll definitely be calling him again should we need any plumbing or plastering.
