"Keith contacted me to give me a quote an hour after I had posted my request on this website. As agreed he arrived promptly the next morning, arriving 10 mins early (which impressed me!) He was friendly and courteous. He looked at what needed to be done and started the job straight away. He fixed the 3 known about leaks, replacing pipework and joints as required. He ran the water back through at least 3 or 4 more times to check for any further leaks which he subsequently fixed also as agreed. He also agreed to change over the hot and cold water pipes that had been plumbed in the wrong way round! I found Keith to be a personable young man, chatty, but professional. He was thorough and did exactly what he said he would and kept to the agreed price. In fact he was at our house nearly 2 hours but charged us only for an hour and a half's labour, plus the parts but they were only £6. He also cleaned up before he left. I thought he was excellent value for money having received some quotes at nearly double what Keith charged us. He completed the job to my husband and my complete satisfaction (my husband is not an easy man to please, a builder himself and a complete perfectionist, I might add!) We would not hesitate to use Keith and his company again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, good value plumber."
