I would feel more comfortable if the price agreed was not one that seemed to be pulled out of the air.

Our upstairs bathroom sink has virtually no water coming out of the mixer taps. The taps were replaced a few months ago as we had similar problem which seemed to have resolved it with good water flow and pressure but gradually over this week, the amount of water and indeed the lack of pressure has resulted in there just being a trickle coming out of the taps. The bath taps, shower and toilet have no issue with water pressure or flow so not sure what is going on.
Excellent service, reliable and friendly -Joel managed to solve our problem with exceptional speed and accuracy. Would recommend to others.

We have an old Grundfos Macerator which has stopped working and would like to replace it with either another Grundfos machine or a Saniflow machine. It needs to connect to a power shower, toilet and basin. Would like a price for supply and fit.

I AM DISABLED AND PRESENT WASHBASIN IS TOO BIG - I WISH TO REPLACE IT WITH SMALLER ONE. SHOWER HEAD IS LARGE SQUARE TYPE -NOT SUITABLE - BUT SHOWER MIXER TAP WILL NOT TAKE STANDARD THREAD SHOWER HOSE.

We have a particularly bad smell coming from the pipe work under the kitchen sink. It also seems to be coming from the sink itself. There isn't a blockages as the water is draining well. It is hard to detect the problem as the smell is penetrating the whole kitchen and has filtered out to the rest of the ground floor. The smell is a mixture of mould and drains.

Isolate and repair a leaking water pipe. Small damp spot on dining room ceiling (4cm approx) with a couple of water drips. Pipes are encased and lead from water tank in the loft to the downstairs bathroom. Pipes are not accessible so also need liability / expertise to access the pipes.
