"Masons Water Works Ltd: Good job on shower installation, and installation of new cold water tank tap. However, installation of new ball valve in cold water tank not satisfactory. He left indicating that everything was tested ok, but he obviously hadn't checked the valve as water was pouring out of the overflow pipe. Had to get him back to try and fix it. On second attempt he said he had fixed it completely this time and had checked the overflow, but within half an hour of him leaving I could see water trickling out of overflow. Doesn't seem in any hurry to come back and fix this problem."
