"What a joke this guy is. He was supposed to do a simple descaling of a boiler to rectify the low pressure with hot water. First he managed to half flood the flat because he didnt drain the boiler properly before taking it to pieces. After he'd finished descaling and put it back together he'd managed to give the boiler a leak, stopped it generating ANY hot water and the central heating didnt work. He agreed to come back and at least get it back to its original state but surprise suprise, he never showed. He also hasn't returned any calls, even when I told him I'd need hot water for a baby that would be staying at the flat. When I finally got him to answer the phone by calling from a friends mobile, he hung up when he heard my voice. Save yourself some grief and avoid this 'plumber' at all costs."
