"The price agreed was very good value. Twice the plumber was not able to keep the appointment due to illness but only phoned to tell me he wasn't coming on one of the occassions. When he did come to do the job, he arrived on time and although the job took longer than he had expected, he did not try to increase the price. Overall a good job and I would use him again and recommend him, just a little disappointing when he didn't call to say he couldn't come."
