"Have actually selected poor for all ratings... but can't get the starts to change! Disapointed with Masons Water works. Charged me £50 and didn't fix the toilet - couldn't find a problem with it. Claimed to be condensation though have lived here for 3 yrs and that hasn't been a problem before. Also don't believe condensation leaves a mug of water a day! As promised to contact the toilet manufacturer to see of any known faults and get back to me... never heard from him again! Am annoyed I spent £50 for nothng and think I am now going to resort to trying to fix it myself! "
