When the shower is used there is water dripping through the plaster on the ceiling below where the bath is situated. The power shower is in the bath and there does not seem to be any leak in the sealant, it looks like the bath panel needs taking off and the pipes underneath need looking at. Also toilet cistern does not fill up with water properly after flushing. Also the temperture of the hot water is extremely hot and we cannot find out how to reduce it. Also the central heating seems to come on for an hour every night even though it is turned to 'off' and the thermostat is turned down to zero.
