Hot Water Cylinder leaking around the neck where the element is situated.
Andy was punctual - turned up on time even though it had been snowing all night. Very tidy worker. Sorted the problem and tidied up a few other bits and pieces as well - capping off unused pipes. Highly recommend him and will be using him again if any more plumbing issues arise.

Bathroom waste pipe was blocked, leaving standing water in the bath. After using various chemicals to clear the blockage, nothing worked and attempted to remove U-Bend from under bath. Due to lime and old pipes, it seems the waste pipes directly under bath need replacing. And I still have a blockage.
SYNOPSIS - Blocked waste pipe (somewhere) and replacement of pipes needed.
Couldn't fault a single piece of the work or work ethic. Everything that the guy said was done and a very good clean up job done afterwards too!! Will be recommending to anyone I know with plumbing issues in the future!!

I need 3 things fixing: firstly the bath hot tap does not work at all in the bathroom, secondly the outside tap is leaking and third the kitchen sink leaks from underneath.
