Job Need an electric shower installed to replace existing unit. New unit already purchased, same brand as previous (Mira). Just need someone to fit as necessary. Would like ideally tomorrow or Thursday PM ideally.

Budget Under £2,000

Job Fit a new boiler. Existing boiler is not able to be repaired and needs replaceing.

Comment Tom was value for money. He quoted me for the job outright, rather than saying it will be this price but could be more at the end. He came on time did a perfect job very quickly. I explained that I am a landlord and cannot wait as my tenants were without heating. He was very accommodating and did the job that weekend. I would definately only use Tom for any future work. Budget Under £500

Job Gas Combi boiler does not produce hot water on demand. This problem was intermittent, but has now become constant. System pressure is correct at 1.2 to 1.5 Bar.

Comment Paul from Gas Excel was very polite and helpful. It took 3 visits over 3 days to fix the problem but this was due to a combination of a faulty display panel on the boiler and the "IDEAL Isar" (Boiler manufacturer's Tech support line). Paul turned up as agreed on time and went out of his way to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Very Very happy with the service i received from Gas Excel and i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a Gas Heating Engineer. Thank you Paul. Simon
