I have a Hot water tank in my flat but it is not heating the water when the timer is set to heat the water during the economy 7 night time hours. The immersion heater works but one of the elemnents appears to not be working because one heats up and one is cold. The unit is a Fortic Combination Unit. The water elements are Barker 3 Kw 240v Type 311. The unit is approx 20 years old
Work done was good, just took longer than initially aniticipated. Work was completed and is working well again, hot water is back.

Leak under kitchen sink. The connection to the taps has come away and it is pouring water. Can not isolate that tap so all water turned off. May or may not need a new mixer tap head. Quite difficult to see because of positioning.
answered my request straight away, visited as soon as he could. Persevered with a difficult job and offered good value for money. Would recommend.

I have an outhouse with a water supply to an inside sink. I would like to run a pipe outside to finish in an outside tap. I would also like to have an outside power socket near to the tap. There is already power inside the outhouse to cut in to.
