I need a new kitchen mixer tap fitted, I already have the tap. Only one pipe connecting the tap has a stop valve, I would also require a stop valve fitted on the other pipe (all in same cabinet).

Install pressurised cold water storage tank to supply two electric showers at approx mains pressure
Very poor. Installation did not match quote and was used for a purpose the manufacturer tech support line said would cause it to fail after only 6 months. Fred did install my replacement pump but then never collected the pump he left behind because he would have given me it's value in cash. Beware! I ended up having to make county court claim and still never got my money back.

Remove old toilet / fit new low level cistern toilet. The old cistern inlet connector has broken off inside the pipe so it will either need to be removed or part of the pipe replaced.

There is a leak in the inflow pipe into the downstairs toilet. I've tried tightening the nut up but no change so not sure if it need taking apart/sealing or a new part it needed.
There was some initial confusion as when I booked the job I specified that I would be in the property from 4pm onwards. The customer service representative said not a problem and he would make a note for the engineer to call 1 hour before to give me plenty of warning. i then got a call at 2:30pm from the engineer stating he was at the property. He left. When the second engineer turned up just after 4 and I was stuck in traffic he tried to call me but for some reason on his computer my number was wrong, despite the first engineer having called me that day. The engineer did however fix the leak quickly and it wasn’t very expensive so overall good despite the initial confusion.

I have got a Potterton Performa 28 boiler for central heating and hot water. The central heating works perfectly fine but the water isnt hot. when I turn on the hot water tap, the boiler doesn't start heating etc. but it does turn on if I turn on the central heating. thanks.
