Need stop tap installed in kitchen, as there isn't one in the house. Also need taps to be changed in bathroom and kitchen and to have a new sink fitted in the bathroom. Kitchen work-surface needs replacing and extending, which will entail the gas hob being removed and refitted into the new worktop.
He turned up each day as scheduled. He was also pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this company.

brian accepted the job, cancelled on me twice leaving me in a very difficult position. He rarely answers the phone, and although he may be cheap, he is unreliable! i wouldnt use.

to repair a leak in the bathroom/leaky bath
After a visit from a plumber (not from rated people) the bathroom was flooded & was dripping through the kitchen ceiling. We called Pete (Finn maintenance) at 11.30pm. He came out & stopped the leak, came back early the next day and replaced the faulty parts & repaired the leak all for a reasonable price. Recommended

I have a BAXI 105e combination boiler, I have hot water but no heating. The boiler is failing to switch back to the radiator setting when the hot tap is turned off. ***Calls between 1-1:30pm and after 6pm only please***
