"This company provided the third - and most expensive - quote for my job. They turned-up and assessed the work and said that they would supply the shower and could fit it that afternoon. I said that I wanted one comparable in quality to the original shower and they said that "...we always supply good showers either Triton or Gainsborough..." That was fine by me so I agreed to the work. When the job was completed I was surprised to see a 'Creda' fitted. Had I been asked, I would not have accepted that. On using the shower I discovered that there was a drip from the bottom of the unit and the power didn't work every time - which means you never know if you will get hot water. The quality of the fit was also poor quality with 2 - 3 inches of earthwire exposed. I couldn't believe this as obviously, all wiring should be covered and sealed within the unit. I rang them and asked them to come and fix the shower and they said they would come that day. I waited in all day and eventually, around 4.30pm I went out for 10 minutes. I had to go out before the shop closed. I missed a call from them but immediately called back and asked them to contact me. I heard nothing until October 27th when I received a call telling me that they hadn't forgotten me and would come at 9am on the 2nd November "...we always stand-by our guarantees..." They never turned up. In essence, I have been charged £380.00 for a shower which is sub-standard, cheap quality and badly fitted. I would not recommend anyone to use this company for the installation of electrical equipment."
