Have a cistern that is continually overflowing and the float valve may also be at fault. require these replacing with a new replacement kit. the cistern is a bayonet fitting inside the tank but obviously you will need the correct one. Have attached some photos for info. will require a quote first. I will be available after 3.30 p.m. weekdays as I work 6 days a week . but some one can be around on Sat.

My tank is an unvented tank (megaflow) which i have had for about 8years. There is some corrosion around one of the joints and it leaks. We have two showers and they don't get hot but water to all the other taps are hot. Please can you advise me what to do. Thank you.

Wall & floor tiles removed. Woodwork removed. Bath swung round 90 degrees. Basin moved and built into a vanity unit. Fit wall cabinet with light and power. over basin. WC replaced. Shower replaced and moved to a different wall, (over bath). Replace radiator with ladder type towel rail. Replace extractor fan & switch also shower switch. Re-tile walls. Replace flooring with Nairn cushion floor, which is to go up the wall approx. 2"/50mm to form a skirting. WE SUPPLY bath wc & basin + taps; towel rail; shower,(8.5kw to replace existing 8.5 kw); tiles. Wall cabinet. WE WILL NOT SUPPLY wastes for bath-basin-wc or adhesive & grout for tiles, (I'm guessing you will have your own preferred type's), wood for vanity unit. WE WILL dispose of all rubbish-tiles old bathroom suite etc. Room size 2.6m X 1.8m. Work to start late Feb/early Mar. We will arrange flooring/laying if required.
Mac renovated a bathroom for us and we found him very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very reasonably priced, (second cheapest pricewise and included more for the money), and also made a suggestion that saved us a couple of hundred pounds. He almost always turned upon time, (the one time he ran a little late, I had a call to let me know), and the job was completed a day earlier then estimated. The tiling in the bathroom is excellent and my wife and I are extremely pleased with the whole renovation which was done to a very high standard. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mac to anyone who needs plumbing work done.
