Toilet is leaking. Not sure if it is blocked or there is a plumbing problem. We have tried caustic soda and a plunger but the toilet is still leaking clear water whn flushed.
John was punctual and very quick to identify and solve the problem. I would be happy to use him again.

Joint at stopcock in garage was loose so put back in place but created a burst in copper pipe further along. Pipe is for outside taps.
Richard arrived early despite the snow and so very kindly took it upon himself to clear and salt my driveway for free! Fantastic! He then carefully assessed the job and swiftly set to work. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and gave useful tips along the way. Afterwards, Richard made sure that all was well and told me that the work he had completed came with a guarantee which meant that if there was a problem, he would repair it for free. He was kind, polite and courteous. I would not hesitate to use Richard again.
