Updated : We had a new bathroom fitted a couple of years ago. The flush tank began to run continuously. We have sourced the part from Bathstore. We had to break a few tiles to access the tank which was concealed under the window. We need a plumber to replace the part and to re-tile the area and check that it works OK. We would also like the concealed tank to be made accessible in some way. Original : We need repairs on a fluch tank and re-tiling
A difficult job done professionally and meticulously. We are very happy with the results and have already asked Neil to help with other projects.

i have got a ravenheat condenser boiler that is not working properly, pipes all banging and the needle flicking and hot water now coming out of the overflow pipe outside the house, the heating and hot water still working but i not sure for how much longer

We have a new ceramic kitchen sink that we need fitting into our work top. The old one is still plumbed in so that will also need to be removed.
China was very quick to respond. He was very friendly and polite. He kept to his word about when he would phone and confirm quotes. He was able to do the job very quickly and the new sink looks fantastic and all the plumbing he did is now so much better than what was there before. We would highly recommend him to others

We are moving on july 1st and we need someone to reseal the bath tub/shower before we move. Simple job but need a professional looking finish. Thanks
Mick has been incredibly quick at picking up this job. Within 10 mins of me posting it online he was already on the phone to me and gave me a very competitive fixed price quote which I accepted. Also he was available to come and do the job the following day and gave me a clear estimate of the time of arrival and he was there when he said he was, despite the fact I am in Bucks and he came from Southampton! He worked consistently for just oevr an hour making sure that the new sealing of the bath shower was done to perfection and also kindly gave me hands-on tips on how to do such job myself in future. A very likeable person as well and totally reliable. Will be using him again no doubt in future. Buy with confidence!

radiators are very slow to heat up either the pump is not working or the rads are so blocked up with slurry. The system is very noisy especially when it first comes on.
