"The plumber was a nice bloke but I couldn't hand on heart recommend him to anyone. He didn't fix our problem and struggled to figure out how to turn our water off and then struggled to figure out why the water tank wasn't filling when he turned it back on. He agreed to come back and fix it but didn't show up the second day although he said he'd been in a road accident. Ended up getting someone else to sort."
