"Neil of Anniewell responded quickly to the item posted, as did one other company. Both visited to see exactly what was required (which is good seeing as I didn't describe the right thing). Neil also took a while to seek out the ad-hoc things that might be required like stopcocks / radiators with draining cocks etc which meant the job was completed speedily. He also rebalanced the radiators afterwards which was not part of the original job specification, but obviously he likes to finish a job off properly. Care was taken throughout with groundsheets etc to keep the place clean, and everything was left spotless."
