I have two taps that need replacing on a bathroom sink Plus a thermostatic bath/shower mixer system replaced on the existing bath. If by any chance I can get a plumber with basic wiring skills I also have a bathroom extractor fan that needs replacing.
Alan is a lovely chap. Both personable and trustworthy. He did a thorough and proffessionable job fitting a shower and taps to my mother's home at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

The mixer tap in my bathroom basin is faulty: when you turn the cold tap there is only a trickle and the hot tap is producing less and less each day.

Access to pipes behind wash basin restricted. Stop tap under kitchen sink won't turn despite using some force. I think it will require replacement but an experts opinion required

I'm not sure
want lowest radiator in the house removed but the feed and exit pipes capped but include drainage point. The system uses combi-boiler - idally can the work be done using freeze technique to obviate darin of the system to do the work
