I need a very old, rarely used, downstairs loo replaced. The pipework, which is corroded, connects to the washing machine next door in the kitchen and that pipework needs replacing and the area made good. I would appreciate the work being completed ideally by 22nd May as I have visitors coming to stay but this can be negotiated.
Ahmed did a terrific job, was very quick and efficient and extremely pleasant to have around. I would thoroughly recommend his services as a plumber.

The house is being renovated, the floors are up. One radiator in the master bedroom needs to be relocated.
Lee's team helped us sort out an important problem with our heating system. And even though I wish the quote was a bit cheaper, there is no denying they were very thorough and worked hard to fix the mess we found ourselves in. Everything is in order now and we are very happy we chose LVG Services!

Existing power shower broke and has been removed, existing pipework and power supply remains and a new power shower needs fitting (Mira). There is also a leak in the screw thread water isolator in the pipework between the power shower and hot water storage tank that probably needs replacing. Power shower is hot and cold water gravity feed

as above. The boiler is 15 years old but works OK. The 8 radiators need flushing and one radiator valve is faulty

Hot water - heating I don't have hot water from my taps. Radiators are not heating up. Make of boiler: Evo HE Additional information: Combi boiler was serviced in December 2012. However water seems to be leaking from the pump and making terrible noises. In addition status is H 9. Therefore have had to turn it off and no hot water and no heating.

I need old washing machine disconnected and new one connected but I need an extension waste hose connected to end of new washing machine waste hose. The extension waste hose presently on my old washing machine seems to be strongly siloconed glued in as well as fitted to waste hose plus this hose also seems excessively long so may need a new extension hose connected to new washing machine, not wishing it siloconed in like last one because if I move to new home need to be able to remove the hose of my new washing machine easily so that it can be connected up in new home and new home may not need an extension just the original hose which needs to be undamaged.by silocone or cutting. All is plumbed in undersink just need new extension waste hose fitted. I already have a long cold water feed hose.

Seems there maybe some sort of pressure problem as when downstairs toilet is flushed it makes a sound (like a ship leaving harbour!) and this can continue for some while. Various non-trades people have had a look and made some adjustment but to no avail.

I live on a first floor maisonette. The outside flue from my bathroom drips over the neighbour's door. Would you be able to put a cover over the drip so the water diverts into the drain.
