"Arrived on time as agreed, but the work was unfinished (needed to allow time for tile adhesive to set), so we agreed a date a few days later. After 2 subsequent no shows from Joe, I've now given up with him. Toilet fitted fine, but his skills obviously don't lie with tiling. These were fitted randomly and don't line up correctly, and the adhesive he used is everywhere, up the wash pedestal and all over the carpet outside the bathroom. I'm far from happy overall..."
