Reinstate upstairs water supply (tank in loft is empty). Boiler service / heating & hot water system check. Issue of Landlords Gas Safety Certificate to include boiler, cooker & fire.
Excellent work carried out to the highest standard. Always arrrives on time and is happy to give advice to non experts like myself. At virtually no notice was willing to do extra work straright away that materialised when we moved carpets etc

Description of problem
Issues with existing ELECTRIC shower in one of my rented properties. Shower runs for 3-5 minutes before power light starts to go on and off. The flow of water from the shower then becomes intermittant before cutting out completely.
