Old boiler broken and flooded downstairs. boiler needed to be moved anyway so may need a new one. Help needed asap
Tim did a brilliant job relocating and installing a new boiler in very old flat with many obstacles! Nothing was a problem for him. Can't recommend him enough! In fact, I'm hoping to have him back to do the kitchen and bathroom...wouldn't have anyone else now! He's a man of all trades and a lovely, friendly guy.

toilet not filling with water problem with ball cock
originally called in for toilet not flushing, replaced washer and charged £60, this did not fix the problem and had to call him out again, no further labour charge just cost of a part. Toilet now flushing but have had a leak at base of toilet ever since he did the last job.
