I have now had three plumbers and an electrician out to my ensuite shower. It was the electrician who finally identified that the shower in there is not an electric shower but a mains one with a burnt out motor, and that the best solution would be to fit another gas shower with a pump in the loft, as the shower is on the second floor and it may be that the water pressure is low. I have now been let down so many times by people not calling back and I just want someone to come and fit me a shower that works when they say they will! Please do not reply to this unless you are willing to come and do the job! Thanks!
