Hot water - heating I have hot water from my taps. Radiators are not heating up. Make of boiler: Glow-worm Additional information: Gas and electricity has not been interrupted to the property as the living room gas fire and all other electrical appliances work. The light to the fuse is on, however the digital display is blank and we cannot turn it on.
Excellent service in a timely manner. Explained the problem clearly without the usual technical jargon. Problem was fixed the same day under my personal budget. So impressed, he has the job of servicing the boiler now. I have even told my friends, who are now considering him.

I have two (hopefully) small jobs. The first is a overflowing water tank in the loft. The feed linked to the ball cock is dripping so that is the issue. the drip is causing the water to overflow to the outside unless the hot water is regularly used. The second is a similar issue in the smaller tank that is above the boiler on the first floor, but more severe. The tank constantly fills with the ball cock in use or not. The only way I been able to stop this is use a cable tie to pull the ball cock arm up as high as it will go. Obviously only a temporary measure!! The boiler is working fine (3 yrs old, regular boiler) and the small tank has had to me manually filled recently. I am in CW2 and work is best done thurs / friday.
