Budget Under £100

Job Outside tap/standpipe is a bit of a mess, it has 2 taps on it, on halfway up which doesn't work, then a further section of pipe above which is leaking before you get to the actual tap at the top. In addition it's come away from the wall at the top. Think it needs the top section removing, then a decent tap put on at the lower level and securing to the wall there, as there's no reason it needs to be as tall as it is.

Budget Under £250

Job Reconfiguring plumbing, had a belfast sink installed but now waste pipes not in ideal position, we are having problems with washing machine filling with water (which I think is probably coming back through its waste pipe) - think wall needs re-drilling lower down and new waste installing to connect sink, washing machine and dishwasher so it all drains away properly. The dishwasher waste is not currently connected.

Did the job efficiently and finished off really neat, everything is now working fine which is a weight off my mind! Job Current combi boiler has broken down. Need a new one fitting, also need to look into the possibility of moving some radiators around.

Comment The reason I chose Dave to fit my new boiler from the 3 options were because - when he came round to view the problem, he was very affable and he provided various quotations based on different boilers/prices and the quotation also gave full and precise details on what he was providing as a service. For the job, which he offered to do at the weekend, was carried out professionally, quickly and with the minimum of fuss. He also explained any processes and forms which were carried out / needed and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was finished and completed. Overall, I would recommend Dave to anyone. Sunil

Job I want a mixer shower installed and currently have an electric shower. I also would like to change the toilet and sink.

Comment After reading the other comments that were written about Steve it sounded a little bit too good to be true but I agree totally. Steve was reliable, trustworthy and a real gent. He spent lots of time with me going through ideas and made sugguestions of what I could do with the bathroom and nothing seemed too much trouble. The overall finish is brilliant. I had my electric shower changed to a mixer, a new toiler, new sink, new window, fixtures replaced, tiles moved and a studded wall extended. I would highly recomend Steve to anybody.
