The stop cock is seized due to inactivity and the kitchen tap washer has disintegrated and so our kitchen tap is constantly on.
He was here 30 minutes later than he said he would be, however that was not a problem for me and he did travel 20 odd miles through busy roads. His work was fast and efficient and his problem solving was faultless. I would recommend this tradesman to anyone.

Unsold Job, Updated Details : We wouls require approximately 20 meters of gutting plus the two down pipes. We would like black, round guttering. We are in the final stages of getting our property rerendered and painted. This should be complete before the end of April so we would be looking for work on the gutters to commence as soon as possible after the render/paint work is complete. Original : We are looking to replace our current guttering and down pipes. We have a semi detatched property in Macclesfield, Cheshire, guttered on three sides with two down pipes, one at the front and one on the left elevation. The one on the left currently has a 'bowl' where water from the bath, and basin in the bathroom drain into. There is also a 'lower roof' on the front and left side of the property that will need the gutters replacing as well - the front down pipe runs off this roof. Currently the pipe work is grey square plastic. We would be looking to replace with black plastic pipework, but have yet to decide whether this will be square or round.

We are a public house in Macclesfield. A pipe outside has disconnected on the joint and was fountaining water. We think this is the main supply into the building as after turning what we assume to be the stop tap outside in order to stop the leak we have no running water. Have bought a new coupler to replace the buckled one but once connected water is still leaking out between the pipes.
