"Yes you did contact me straight away, and we discussed the job in detail. We did discuss if pipes needed laying underground and I advise you was not necessary. When we spoke I said I needed a quote for the supply and installation of three outside taps. I explained that the position of these taps would be outside three properties utility rooms and said I think it was an easy job because you could just connect up to the cold water supply in each of the utility rooms. This job was not to replace 3 taps as stated in your response but to install 3 new taps, so I’m not sure why you have said this. You said you would get back to me with a price ASAP. I was not aware that you had to wait for another job in the area to keep the cost down because you are a specialist pipe laying company. After waiting over 9 days I did give you a 1 at this stage however if you had advised me of the above then I would have scored you higher. Re your comment on "I did not explain fully in the job requirements" again since we spoke on the phone I would have expected that you had fully understood the work after our initial conversation when you contacted me. If you had communicated with me better and told me the quote would be delayed due to the reasons above then I would not have to respond back to your rating on me, that said you have now provided me with a written quote and for this reason I will re rate you."
