We have a Heritage cast iron bath and the taps are loose meaning they don't turn off properly and are constantly dripping. I've been told it is the washers or possibly the tap threads so i was just after an idea of how mmuch it would be to fix them as plumbing isn't really my thing.

Existing copper hot and cold water pipes to be raised approximately 120mm above existing concrete floor. Check and repair any leaks. Raise to waste water pipe 120mm.

It is believed there may be a blockage in the pipes in the loft where the pipe circumference goes from 22cm to 10cm and copper pipe is connected to plastic which is then connected to copper. It has been suggested that the relevant section of piping needs replacing & then the system flushing.

Currently, the bathroom is set up with the toilet by the bath and the sink by the wall. I would like to have the fittings for the toilet and sink swapped round so that the toilet is by the wall. I'm putting in a new bathroom, so all the old fittings will be ripped out by myself, leaving the pipes exposed. I need a quote for the price to swap the fittings round and possibly how much it would be to put in the new toilet, I should be able to do the sink and bath. The foul pipe currently goes straight out of the back wall then round to a pipe at the side.
