"They were extremely quck to respond to my enquiry and went around to view the job immediately. They then came back to me with their estimation of the work involved and cost very quickly and once I had agreed they carried out the work there and then which was very unexpected. The work involved was not pleasant (a very blocked toilet pump) but they cleared everything up and took it away - a service that I had not experienced before with other workers! I have not been able to inspect the work as I do not live in the area and have prior commitments but the tenants have been satisfied with the results."
