I have a leaky kitchen tap. I've tried tightening it but it still leaks. I either need the tap fixing or a new tap replacing. The tap is a monobloc and if it cannot be fixed then I would want it replacing with another monobloc. I'm happy to purchase the tap myself as I've seen one for a resonable price, I would just like to confirm with you that the tap will be an acceptable replacement before I purchase it and you fit it.
Very pleased with the result and very patient. Would use again.

Got a water leak in downstairs loo pipe comes out of the wall through a stopcock and connects to a plastic pipe that goes to the loo its leaking from the fitting on the plastic pipe.

Plumber needed for pipework, with the possibility of fitting a macerator to remove waste from toilet, bath and sink. Current bath is partially boxed in, this needs to be finished and bath sealed.

Our sink and toliet keep blocking. We have been told in the past that the main waste pipe needs lowering so its likely that some structural work is required on the external wall. The waste pipe from the sink is also badly designed and would need to be refigured as it doesnt allow the water to drain from the sink properly. The bath sealant keeps splitting, which would suggest that the bath isnt bedded in correctly so we would want that looking at and resealing.
