toilet does not flush every time, seems to be a problem with the handle, comes loose every so often and then seems to tighten back up.

Each time my washing machine drains, it fills up my utility sink with water which is taking at least 30 mins to clear. Water is dirty with what I assume is debris/gunge from washing machine. Have tried sink unblocker gels to no avail, so assume I must have blockage in pipe somewhere.
Arrived on time - job was not as easy as I first thought, but Mr Knight was great and found the source of the problem. Friendly and polite and cleared up afterwards. Great job!!

Neil is very knowledgeable, reliable and reasonably priced. An extremely nice chap and he does "what it says on the tin". I would highly recommend.

I need my old bathroom ripping out and a new one fitted. May need to resite some of bath furniture and would like a shower putting in. would also like some storage. Will also need tiling.
Tony took me through the process of choosing and redesigning my bathroom over a series of visits. He was very patient and although I changed my design a few times he helped every step of the way. The bathroom threw up a few problems which were unexpected and would take more time but Tony still kept the price at the original quote. I altered the plan part way through and again the team came through. The tiling is fabulous. The bathroom well fitted and the plumber thorough. A little messy but good work
