"In summary James is a great guy and offered us loads of good advice. The finish is excellent and there isn't an element of the work we aren't happy with. Have already recommended to friends and happy to do on here. Well worth 5 stars. And in a little more detail. We got in touch with James after a number of attempts to update our en-suite ourselves. I'd installed a new show cubicle the year before but it had already cracked and needed replacing. We'd just had a new combi boiler installed and the pressure was so high it caused the shower to leak even when not in use!! James was one of three quotes we received, he wasn't the cheapest but he was very honest with us and was brave enough to point out that our grand plans for the room would never work - something which is obvious now, but none of the others did. James gave us a fixed price and agreed to fit some of the 'bargain' equipment we'd acquired for when I was going to do the work. In the end we asked James to supply everything as it was clear his stuff was much higher quality. Overall it too 4 days to completely transform our en-suite and we couldn't be happier. Everyone comments on how good it looks - very hotel like is the most common response. There was very little disruption to our lives with the water only being off when it was necessary and after the first day the old suite was gone and everything ready to go with the new suite. James is very chatty and easy to get on with and we even gave him a key to our house so we could get on with our lives - this shows how much we trusted him as it's not a common occurrence. James and his team worked quickly and quietly and any mess which was caused was cleared up at the end of each day so that it didn't get dragged through the house. We let James guide us on the tiles for the floor and walls and they are a cracking choice for our small room - and half the price of the ones we liked. The finish is excellent and we love having a shower in our much more spacious cubical and powerful shower. Top rate work - well worth 5 stars. I'm already recommending him to friends and even my mum!!"
